- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 1/2 cups Water
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and carrots. Measure out sauce ingredients and prep everything before starting.
- Heat 1 tbsp neutral oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Sauté cabbage and carrots for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder. Stir well to coat the veggies with flavor.
- Add spaghetti and 3 1/2 cups water to the pot. Cook uncovered for 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. Add water if needed. Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
Stir noodles frequently to prevent sticking. Add cooked protein like chicken or tofu for a heartier dish. Splash sesame oil in at the end for extra flavor.
