  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 150g sugar (mix of caster and brown)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 100g plain flour (sifted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and gather ingredients.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy (2-3 minutes with a hand mixer).
  4. Gently fold in melted chocolate, then add flour and mix until combined.
