Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 12 oz Spaghetti (regular or whole wheat)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (10 oz)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
  3. Shred chicken and return to the pot. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Cook spaghetti separately until al dente. Drain and stir into slow cooker mixture.
